Each project is analyzed and quoted individually;
I don't have any sort of rate calculator. PSD to XHTML tends to be a bit cheaper than PSD to Wordpress, however 90% of the time, my clients go with the PSD to Wordpress option. Regardless, I have been told that I am amazingly affordable.
